  • Hospitality – Cookery (from Yr11 2023) - This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in kitchens who use a defined and limited range of food preparation and cookery skills. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision. This qualification provides a pathway to work in kitchen operations in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias, coffee shops and institutions such as aged care facilities, hospitals, prisons and schools.
  • Hospitality – Kitchen Operations (Yr12 2023) - This course provides a pathway to work in kitchen operations in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias, coffee shops and institutions such as aged care facilities, hospitals, prisons and schools.
  • Information and Digital Technology (for Year 12 in 2022) - This course provides a foundation in general computing and employment skills that enable participation in an information technology environment in any industry. It also assists students to achieve a degree of confidence and self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user.
  • Stage 6 Vocational Pathways - Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways is nationally recognised entry-level qualification for successfully gaining and retaining employment in a variety of industries. This course would suit all Stage 6 students, especially those who would be advantaged by undertaking a focus on developing literacy, numeracy, data, employability and workplace learning skills.
