Before completing this application:
1. Talk to your VET teacher to ensure you have completed the Units of Competency needed to enter the course.
2. Know your Unique Student Identifier (USI). (If you are unsure, go to https://www.usi.gov.au/faqs/i-have-forgotten-my-usi)
3. Know your NESA number (If you are unsure, check with your school’s VET Coordinator).
4. Know your Medicare number.
